Vantrex makes no warranty that equipment listed on this website is currently available. All availability is confirmed at time of quotation. We are not liable for any loss arising from reliance on website content.

05.Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable commercial law. Disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before any formal proceedings.

Vantrex arranges international and domestic freight for all equipment orders. Shipping terms, costs, and lead times are confirmed in each formal quotation.

01.Shipping Arrangements

Vantrex coordinates freight forwarding, customs documentation, and logistics on behalf of clients. We work with established freight partners to ensure reliable delivery worldwide.

02.Incoterms

All shipments are governed by agreed Incoterms (EXW, FOB, CIF, DDP, etc.) as specified in the purchase order. Default terms are EXW unless otherwise agreed.

03.Lead Times

Lead times vary by equipment type, supplier location, and destination. Estimated lead times are provided in quotations and are subject to supplier confirmation.

04.Customs & Import Duties

Import duties, taxes, and customs clearance costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless DDP terms are agreed. Vantrex can assist with customs documentation upon request.

05.Damage & Loss

Vantrex recommends marine cargo insurance for all international shipments. Claims for damage or loss in transit must be filed with the carrier and insurer within the timeframes specified in the bill of lading.

Due to the nature of industrial equipment procurement, returns and refunds are subject to supplier terms and are handled on a case-by-case basis.

01.Return Eligibility

Returns are only accepted where equipment is materially different from the confirmed specification in the purchase order, or where equipment arrives in a damaged condition documented at time of delivery.

02.Return Process

To initiate a return, contact Vantrex within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence and a written description of the discrepancy. We will liaise with the supplier to determine the appropriate resolution.

03.Refunds

Refunds are processed within 30 days of a confirmed return or resolution agreement. Refunds are issued via the original payment method where possible.

04.Non-Returnable Items

Custom-ordered equipment, equipment modified to client specifications, and consumable items are non-returnable unless defective.

Vantrex accepts multiple payment methods to accommodate clients across different regions and project structures.

01.Accepted Payment Methods

We accept international bank wire transfer (SWIFT/IBAN), letters of credit (LC at sight or usance), and cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT). Payment method is confirmed at time of order.

02.Payment Terms

Standard payment terms are 50% deposit upon order confirmation and 50% prior to shipment. Alternative terms including LC and milestone payments are available for large orders.

03.Currency

Invoices are issued in USD by default. EUR and GBP invoicing is available upon request.

04.Cryptocurrency Payments

Vantrex accepts Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), and USDT (TRC-20 / ERC-20). Cryptocurrency invoices are issued at the prevailing exchange rate at time of invoice. Wallet addresses are provided on a per-transaction basis.

05.Invoice & Documentation

Commercial invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin are provided with all shipments. Additional documentation (MSDS, test certificates, inspection reports) is available upon request.
